6 Steps to Live Healthy

  • Drink plenty of water, ensure adequate consumption of water needs. Lack of water for the body alone can be fatal, since water plays an important role for our body, from the affairs of blood, digestion until secretion is associated with water.   • Avoid stress, diseases often arises not because of physical reasons but because the psychic. Take the time once a week to do things we like such as our hobbies, or other fun activities that calm and relax the mind.
  • Exercise regularly, do exercise at least 2-3 times a week. When you do not have enough time, do the things which are really minor sports such as choosing the stairs than take the elevator ride, and so forth.
  • Sleeping with the quality, meaning we could sleep well and feel so fresh upon awakening in the morning.
  • Close to God, people who have a good spiritual qualities will usually be much easier and better to achieve amazing things in his life. Do the little things, but meaningful, like charity, formed friendships, and prayer. Those are activities which can make our souls, selves , and our lives healthier.
