One minute to reduce stress

office_stress Often we feel tired in the eyes and head while we’re working, moreover if our work requires us to look at computer each day. Therefore, make it a habit to set aside approximately one minute every 30 minutes and look around us (the room, the people around us, anything). This can make the veins nerves of your eyes relax and not tense and certainly can reduce our stress levels.

If we have working time that is not too dense and tight to make up time. We can rest our eyes and ourselves for 1-5 minutes to look around us.  Sometimes, there are a lot of interesting things we can find, from our peers act strangely or new inspirations that arise when we take a break.
